Shipping Policy
We are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and shipped efficiently and safely. We offer a variety of shipping options, with delivery times and costs automatically calculated at checkout. After shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking code to track the delivery of your order. If you have any questions or need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
The consumer has up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase and request an exchange or refund, in accordance with Art. 49 of the CDC.
2. Conditions for Exchange or Return
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoice.
Products damaged by misuse will not be accepted.
3. Application Procedure
The customer must contact customer service via email sac@abbamed.com.br or telephone (035) 93300-4115 to inform the intention to exchange or return.
You must provide your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
4. Shipping Costs
In case of cancellation of the purchase, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the store.
For exchanges due to defects or errors in the order, the shipping and return shipping costs will be covered by the store.
5. Refund of Amounts
In case of return, the refund will be made according to the original payment method:
Credit card: The refund will be requested from the card administrator and may occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
Bank slip or transfer: The amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer within 10 business days, after receipt and analysis of the product by ABBAMED.
6. Defective Products
If the product presents a defect within the warranty period, the customer must contact us for guidance on technical assistance.
